Coming Fall 2026
Brenyon Way Charitable Foundation is working with the City of Toronto and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) to develop new affordable housing at 25 Sewells Rd.
Through a development in two phases over three hundred new apartments will be created to offer rental housing with a range of affordability.
April 2024 - Construction underway
Construction on the foundation has begun
The 25 Sewells Road development in Scarborough Ontario is close to various local amenities, such as The Toronto Public Library, Malvern Community Recreation Centre, the Malvern Town Centre for shopping, and various parks and trails. The location is well served by TTC busses and is a short drive from the 401.
