How to Apply for a Unit at 25 Sewells Road

There are two types of unit rents in this building: rent-geared-to-income (RGI) and affordable rents. Selection of applicants for RGI units will be undertaken by the City of Toronto.

All applicants requiring RGI will be selected from the City of Toronto centralized waiting list. Information regarding eligibility, ways to apply and how to keep your application up to date can be found here: MyAccessTOHousing

Please note that there is a long wait for RGI units across the city and applicants are selected based on when they first applied to the city for RGI assistance. It is important that your application and building selections are kept up to date.

For residents interested in affordable units, additional information including eligibility criteria and the selection for units will be provided here in the coming weeks. This section will be updated when more information regarding the application process from the City of Toronto is available.

Information for our second building for seniors at 260 Brenyon Way will be provided on this website in the summer of 2027.
