May 2021

July 2021

The city planning application is live on the City of Toronto's webiste. It can be viewed here.

October 2021

City of Toronto Community Consultation Meeting - October 26th 2021. Details can be found here.

June 2022

The zoning by-law amendment was approved by Scarborough Community Council on June 30th 2022. Further information can be found here.

The same Zoning by-law was approved by Toronto City Council in August 2022.

End of 2023

A shoring permit was issued which allows excavation work to begin on site.

February 2024

Ground breaking ceremony with Councillor Janet McKelvie, Mayor Olivia Chow, Board Treasurer Eric Cohen and MP Gary Anandasangaree.
